Return to La Paz and drive to Rurrenabaque<\/h2>\n<p>After spending a night in Copacabana or any of the islands of Lake Titicaca, the <b>adventure continues<\/b> in <a title=\"Tours in Rurrenabaque\" href=\"https:\/\/www.howlanders.com\/en\/tours-bolivia\/rurrenabaque\">Rurrenabaque, the Amazon rainforest of Bolivia<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>For this, you have different options. On the one hand, there is the cheapest option which is to take a <b>bus<\/b>, from one place to the other. This trip takes about <b>12 hours<\/b>, so if you come rested from Lake Titicaca, you can take advantage of this night to travel and rest on the bus.<\/p>\n<p>Another option is to do it by <b>small plane<\/b>. It is an <b>expensive trip and without much availability<\/b>, although you can always adapt to this option. You can also choose to make the outbound trip by plane and the return trip by bus, and vice versa. This will depend on availability, what you want to spend, and the days you have to travel.<\/p>\n<h2>Days 4, 5, 6 and 7. Madidi National Park and the Pampas del Yacuma<\/h2>\n<p>From <b>Rurrenabaque you will begin your adventure through the Bolivian Amazon rainforest<\/b>. From La Paz to Uyuni<\/h2>\n<p>On this eighth day, you will start your <b>trip with your last destination in the Uyuni Salt Flat<\/b>. <\/p>\n<p>It is quite a few hours of travel, more than 10, so you will almost lose the whole day on this journey.<\/p>\n<p>There are two <a title=\"How to get to the Uyuni Salt Flat\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.howlanders.com\/en\/bolivia\/how-to-get-to-salar-de-uyuni\/\">options to get to the Uyuni Salt Flat<\/a> from La Paz. Such was its magnitude, that <b>around Cerro Rico<\/b>, the mountain from which this mineral was extracted, was <b>formed the city<\/b> that we know today as Potos\u00ed. <\/p>\n<p>To get here you will have to take a <b>bus as early as possible in Uyuni<\/b>. It is about <b>4 hours drive<\/b>. <\/p>\n<p>Upon arrival in Potosi, you can <b>enjoy its famous Cerro Rico<\/b>, as well as the <b>Potosi National Mint<\/b>.
