Know how to swim<\/h3>\n

Yes, we know it’s obvious, but just in case.<\/p>\n

Don’t even think of trying to snorkel if you don’t know how to swim easily. It’s no good having learned to swim a few days or hours before. It is very dangerous if you have no experience in the water.<\/p>\n

If you haven’t started learning to swim yet, you don’t know what you’re missing… There is a multitude of water activities in Latin America<\/a>, and for some of them, you need to know how to swim<\/b>. So get to work if you don’t want to miss any of them!<\/p>\n

Appropriate snorkeling equipment<\/h3>\n

If you’re snorkeling in shallow waters in summer, you probably don’t need anything more than a breathing tube<\/b> and a good pair of snorkeling goggles<\/b> to make sure you don’t miss anything.<\/p>\n
