Geraniaceae<\/h3>\n

This family of herbs has about 700 different species distributed throughout countries with temperate and tropical climates. It is common to find them in some parts of Africa, in the Mediterranean area and in America. The best known is the common geranium<\/b>, which you may even have on your terrace.<\/p>\n

Camelids<\/h3>\n

To this family belongs both the llama and the alpaca<\/b>, very common in these areas. The pastures surrounding the Chimborazo are ideal for grazing these animals, in addition, this activity keeps the area clean of invasive plant species.<\/p>\n

Amazonian rabbit<\/h3>\n

Watch out, this is not a common rabbit. This rabbit is characteristic for its length of more than 30cm<\/b>. It is dark brown in color and usually has spots around the neck. It usually appears after dark and does not like to be seen in crowded areas.<\/p>\n

Skunk<\/h3>\n

That’s right, this foul-smelling animal is also common in the area. It feeds on insects, weeds, and small fruits. It can measure up to 50 cm in length and can weigh up to 4kg. Skunks are characterized by being very solitary and nocturnal animals<\/b>.<\/p>\n
