Apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;intense journ\u00e9e d&rsquo;hier, aujourd&rsquo;hui nous attend une \u00e9tape beaucoup plus tranquille. Nous marcherons du<a href=\"https:\/\/blog.howlanders.com\/fr\/chili\/torres-del-paine\/refuge-cuernos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Secteur Los Cuernos<\/a> au <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.howlanders.com\/fr\/chili\/torres-del-paine\/refuge-central\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Secteur Central<\/a>, sur un itin\u00e9raire de difficult\u00e9 moyenne \u00e0 faible, parfait pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer des \u00e9nergies avant le grand d\u00e9fi de demain : le <strong>trekking jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la Base Torres<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Donn\u00e9es techniques de l&rsquo;\u00e9tape<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Distance :<\/strong> 13,3 km<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Temps en mouvement :<\/strong> 3h 20 min<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Temps total :<\/strong> 4h 20 min<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>D\u00e9nivel\u00e9 positif accumul\u00e9 :<\/strong> 340 m<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>D\u00e9nivel\u00e9 n\u00e9gatif accumul\u00e9 :<\/strong> 286 m<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Difficult\u00e9 :<\/strong> Moyenne &#8211; faible<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udd17 <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikiloc.com\/rutas-senderismo\/torres-del-paine-o-circuit-7-8-cuernos-central-121834493\">Voir l&rsquo;itin\u00e9raire sur Wikiloc<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Une randonn\u00e9e tranquille avec des vues sur le lac Nordenskj\u00f6ld<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9tape longue d\u2019hier, la journ\u00e9e d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui s\u2019annonce beaucoup plus tranquille, alors nous commen\u00e7ons la matin\u00e9e par un petit-d\u00e9jeuner en toute tranquillit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pratiquement tout le d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 du parcours se trouve dans les deux premiers kilom\u00e8tres, et c\u2019est justement ce d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 qui nous offre des vues incroyables sur le lac Nordenskj\u00f6ld. Tout au long du chemin, nous traversons quelques petits ponts et, peu \u00e0 peu, nous nous rapprochons du secteur Central. La journ\u00e9e reste nuageuse, mais les vents forts d\u2019hier ont disparu, ce qui rend la randonn\u00e9e tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able, presque comme une promenade.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/blog.howlanders.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Lago-Nordenskjold-2-e1757152421703.jpg?w=640&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-36614\" style=\"width:430px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans la derni\u00e8re partie du parcours, le sentier se divise : l\u2019un continue vers le <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.howlanders.com\/fr\/chili\/torres-del-paine\/camping-chileno\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Secteur Chileno<\/a>, tandis que l\u2019autre nous conduit au Secteur Central, \u00e9galement appel\u00e9 Torre Central. Tout comme le secteur Paine Grande, il s\u2019agit de l\u2019une des deux principales portes d\u2019entr\u00e9e du parc, c\u2019est pourquoi ces installations accueillent le plus grand nombre de voyageurs et disposent donc d\u2019une plus grande capacit\u00e9 d\u2019h\u00e9bergement. Nous nous installons dans notre chambre et profitons d\u2019un d\u00eener de No\u00ebl sp\u00e9cial.
